I have just heard the very sad news that John and Janet Meades have lost their dog Freddie (Sonofazip) in the early hours of this morning, he had passed away in his sleep. I know it is so hard to lose a part of our families like this, but what a lovely way for him to pass. He was all snuggled up between his mum and dad and then fell asleep. Run free Freddie

So sorry John & Janet, if there is a nice way to go, that has got to be it, in your sleep getting cuddles from your mum & dad.

Rip Freddie x

Thanks everyone,

We got Freddie (Sonofazip) from Tam and Shelly (Stewart X Seagers) he was always a handful and into any rough and tumble, if he could bang into anything and if he could knock it over he would.

He didn’t have an ounce of malice in him, Postman and meter readers all got the same, a good tongueing and plenty of tail wags, he loved his food and racing but after 2 years old we had to take him off his racing because he started fitting, ever since then he only walked anywhere as running induced his fits.

He loved to meet humans, other dogs had to be aware mind, whippets were ok but any other breed it was show your teeth time with Freddie, but a better natured dog with humans I could not have hoped for, a good friend to the end.

Till we meet again Freddie bless you with plenty kisses, John and Janet.
