Hi all,

My son is going to university in Bristol in October, so I thought this would be a marvellous excuse to make visits really worthwhile and financially cost effective (well thats a good reason) to combine a trip with a dog show. :D I know SWWC have shows in Bridgewater and I see that there are some shows held at Weston Super Mare. Could anybody give me any info on any other shows clubs/societies that have venues in about a 30 mile radius of Bristol. Or better still if there are any members of societies that could let me know of forthcoming shows. Many thanks. K & A

Hi K and A. Get a starprint diary, they list all the clubs, secretaries and shows (limit, open and champ) for the year. Remember to tell them your breed and they will also list champ show judges for the year. Although it will list next years events, the secretaries listing will be of some use for this year. You can purchase one on line at - starprintshop.co.uk - Hope that has been some help

I guess you will be getting a camper van next :- " :D

There are some nice shows down that way.

Sorry;, beat you to it, we've had a caravan for years!! :huggles: not forgetting the tent that Annalese and I took to Scotland, very interesting to watch the temperature guage in the car rise on the way back from 9 C to 19C. Now I know why we live in the soft south! Also the fact that we have B & B in Bristol, cause thats wer I wuz brung up and my parents still live there.
