Hello all and particularly Cornish and Wiggy. This is just a message to give you an update on Stan and Bluebell who are fast approaching 2 years old...
They are very well on the whole, Bluebell has half an inch of tail lost due to a recurring non-healing tip!
I'll post some photos when I get round to it. Bluebell is much smaller than Stan and much faster too. Having just seen Ben on here (Cornish) he looks much bigger than Blue.
What else can I tell you.... Stan has a propensity to run away (and then look very very sheepish when he finds his way home...). Bluey can be highly aggressive! makes this guttural growling noise as she attacks Stan, Bluey is definitely the boss.
They are constantly nursing some injury or other e.g. Bluey is just contemplating the loss of her second dew claw (along with the last half inch of tail..), Stan has more hair and thus more ticks and a belly scarred by going 40mph through gorse/heather/brick walls etc.
They work as a team as they course other dogs... they have never been caught and had to account for their bad behaviour because so far the only dog that could keep up with them in a straightline could not jink and turn as fast.
Anyway enough for now - would be good to see some pics of their brothers and sisters and also parents, Stan snr etc.
Cheers
Adam
