Yep, Tascha is a big theif, her latest escapades led her to the vet hospital just last week.

I wish I'd have had my camera handy today though, as she got hold of an empty crisp packet from the bin, and had her whole head stuck in it. I had to laugh so much when I heard the racket from the kitchen, went to investigate what she was up too, and found her blundering around the kitchen like some sort of changling whippety thing

:D :D Yep, mine are terrible thieves. Stan particularly, goes round all the bins at works stealing crisp packets and yoghurt pots and takes them all to his bed! They have both got licking out crisp packets down to a fine art :)

I have to go and clear out his cage every few days as its full of my socks, tissues and anything else he can pinch, definitely half magpie :D

lacey only steels of the other dogs if they have a toy or a bone she will sit and wait till the minet there not looking and sneek what ever they have from inbetween there front legs wave it in front of then carry it to the top of the starers and leave it there just were all the greyhounds can see it but carnt get it cos none of my greyhound can clime stares and lacey thinks this is brill

Naaaah Ella is far to angelic to do anything like that o:) NOT

whippet buy name whippet buy nature the just whippet and run away lol

Yep, mainly any sort of pen or pencil. I buy them by the dozen and never have one when I need to write something down. Debri is usually found all over the sofa. Fortunately, I have discovered a product which gets the ink out of fabrics as well as off the Whippet hair.

Pens are a fave here too along with socks, sweet wrappers (I think it's the russle) but they're fave is chewing important pieces of paper up.

Another thing they do is empty their toy box on the lawn when I come home and prance around with teddys in their mouths! (w00t)

Do you mean like this? (w00t) :D

Although I am not sure I would call grassy areas "a lawn" :(

Ricky is a thieve , yesterday he stole a whole block of cheese :( ,,,he is so sly and quiet when he is doing it too  . Robbie seem's to be an angel,,he never takes nothing out of the bin or chew up pens, socks, etc but Tam loves to chew everything but he only a puppy o:)

I can always tell the time of year from what's in the dogs' beds - right now it's little bits of my alpine flowers. In winter it's little bits of crunched up coal.

And as for socks............

And for some reason mine love PAPERBACK books too (w00t)

yep mine to, its funny really as i have a lab who has never stolen anything o:)

but the whippys can get anywhere and on anything

Yes, paper back books are Taschas fave too, though I dare say she's just trying to broaden her mind by *digesting* the words of these books

Dirty socks, snotty hankies, and used T bags are all close runners up in the chewing stakes :x :x :x

Definitely all whippets are guilty I reckon  My old dog Chip used to steal a whole ham shank with string attached - traditional to cook on on local Show day here - but there was never any left for tea - because Id left it out cooling with tin foil over it on top of the cooker.

with Oscar and Kobi its socks , socks and more bloody socks - I can never find a pair.

and Sticks Stones and plants from the garden - chew chew chew :- " :- " - oh yes and paper towels and toilet paper.

Do whippets steal things? In a word .... YES !!!

Last night, while I was on the phone, Byron and Macey decimated the toilet paper!! It was all over the place  soggy chewed up toilet paper is a bugger to get off the carpet!!

 Even found underwear in the garden.............

(w00t)

Hmmm - is this the face of a thief, or an angel??? o:)

 edited to put in the bit that's missing - my post was meant to say, the only thing she's really stolen is the sofa!!!
