Hi, just wanted to share a story about a lady near me. She had her tan lurcher bitch stolen, lead and everything. 3 Weeks later (yesterday) she got it back, however the people that took her dog had tried to gouge out the microchip from the back of the neck, the dog was in a lot of pain (obviously) and was then brought in to a vets and has now been handed back to the lady. How awful is that? i cannot begin to imagine the pain that dog went through :(

Poor dog.People can be so cruel. :( A friend of mines lurcher also had this happen to them.I had Grace tatooed instead of the chip for that reason!!Glad the dog is back home with her owner.

thats just terrible,i carnt imagine anyone could even think of doing that, nasty nasty evil people :(

hope the dog recovers without emotional scars :(

these sort of people should have there eyes poked out with a stick

peoples cruelty to animals never ceases to amaze me :(

Another thing i was thinking was if people can do this to the dog straight off, what else were they going to do with it? think the lady has given it to relatives away from their home in cumbria incase they come back for the dog
