Hi Everyone

Sorry its took so long in letting everyone know the camping charges but i only received

confirmation last night.

Camping will be available from Wednesday 26th to Monday 31st.

The charge per Caravan will be £35 Tents £25

The reason this is the amount to be charged is as follows.

Worcester Council want £1000.00 no matter how many caravans or tents

Worcester Leisure centre wants £7.00 per Caravan or Tent

Skip & Toilet Hire is £800.00

Vet Fees £250.00

This comes to £2400.00 on Average of 50 Caravans no Tents

INCOME. Average 50 Caravans £35.00 comes to £1750.00 which as you can see

is a lot of shortfall. We hope to make some of this up by Raffle & programe sales

I( have been informed by Amanda that the Leisure Centre will be open from

8 to 11

For Showers from 8 to 10.00

And Amanda is trying to make sure a water tap is in use outside the centre

this will be turned off at 9 oclock as to let the Tank fill over night as this

Tank also supplies the Golf Course.

There is also an outlet for the waste now so hopefully everyo0ne will be satisfied and have no complaints like last year.

Im sorry the amount is more than you may expected but its out of our hands.

Yes there are 8 porto Loos and a large skip thats what cost us £800 .00

Dont feel bad Joyce, Vaguely remember this is what we paid last year to camp just the one night!

Hoping to get more value for my money this year, and if last year is anything to go by, the £25 was worth it. I just hope the club still have the number for the chinese they let us order :b

That's quite true David, a total of 5 nights in a tent works out at around £5 per night.

I recently camped on a site in my tent, just a large field, a small shower and toilet block and an outside cold water sink for pot washing for the same price.
 
ANY ENTERTAINMENT IN THE CLUB FRIDAY OR SATURDAY
 
Im not sure about entertainment but when i speak to Amanda again about the water i will inquire
