i have been reading the posts for todays tragic news in london.
as all on k9 have said , deepest sympathy to all lifes lost and support for loved ones left behind.
2 accounts have been stated that one womans son was saved by being late and stopping to buy a bar of chocolate.
the other now ,a postman, would have been on the train when the first bomb went off.
im a great beliver in fate and have a story to support my belief.
many years ago my dad used to race whippets. we lived in scotland but were due to move down here for my dads work.
my mum brought my sister and myself down on a saturday but my dad stayed in scotland a few extra days as he had a ch race with his whippet . he would follow us down with a friend and his friends daughter in his friends car .
this little bitch was an experienced racer, knew the track really well ... but she ran straight over a 7 foot drop and broke her leg.
needless to say my dad stayed in scotland to have the little bitches leg pinned etc.. this meant he could not come down with his friend .
on the way home his friend had a car crash ,,, the driver was killed instantly and the passenger was paralysed from the waist down... one of those would have been my dad if the little girl hadnt of broken her leg ... fate ???
do you have any similar stories ??/
