I was browsing through Gumtree and came accross this advert. "Can I borrow a dog for a week"?

Surely no-one in their right mind would let a complete stranger borrow their dog for a week?

Hi this may seem silly but i was wondering if anyone would let me borrow there dog for one week as i have been nagging my boyfriend for ages for a dog but he isn't sure so he would like to borrow a dog for a week to decide.

We live in a house with a backgarden and we are very active so your dog will get a great walk.

He/she will also get lots and lots off affection and attenion.

Must be good with kids as my parnters four year old vists twice a week.

so if your looking for someone to watch your dog while you go on holiday or if you feel like just helping us out then give me a email.

We can pick the dog up or you can deleiver.

Thanks Tia.

oh my god!!!

no way would i even consider it, why on earth would any one want to let a complete stranger have their dog??

no joke here though a week is hardly going to show you whether or not you will be able to cope with a dog, what happens if you get a week of glorious sunshine and have fabulous walks, you go get your self a dog and winter comes the next day and you hate it???

no sorry i think you either know you want and can handle a dog or you dont! and it sounds like her boyfriend doesnt want one!
