Dogs are a bit like Men, they dont have an age limit when it comes to reproducing. Like Bitches or Women have. But as we all know the older they get the quality can go down....

Hi Springfield

i have 2 stud dogs, one coming 8 years old and the other is coming 10 years. Both are used regularly and are still producing quality puppies - including ( in the past 6 months ) a litter of 9, a litter of 8 and two litters of 7. Age does not seem to

be any problem if the stud is fit and healthy and well fed and cared for.

Both of my dogs are well known in the South West and produce puppies for all disciplines including showing, racing, agility and working - genuine all-rounders !!
