Ive got a 16lb and in her day satin just beat her at 175 yards at 1/2 yard a pound ...

i don't think 1/2 yard a pound is not very safe for little dogs, cause i think the bigger dogs get to close , but do think we need to re look at the heaver wight 26lb and over gaining sup statues over 150 ,160 yards ...everyone pays the same money traveling and racing , theres not many 26lb and over ever win a sup on the straights ...not fair really

well what system shall we run then?? 1 that doesnt get the big dogs too close

:) I THINK MORE CLUBS SHOULD TRY AND LEAD THE WAY BY VARYING THERE TOP TEN OPENS, i.e, 2FT/LB. WHEN IT IS YD/LB THE HEAVY DOGS W/D WHEN HALF/LB THE LIGHTWEIGHT USUALLY W/D JUST A THOUGHT

Maltby Open today at half yard per pound 150yds back dog and nobody withdrew, dogs won by Sammy Boy who was well ahead of 22lber and 31lber who were very close on the line. Bitches Won by Hot Mouse from half a body length to a 16lber with the 33lber very close behind.
