i would like to thank everyone for there kind words, chloe was having problems with her eyes for the last couple of years she had partial vision but with numerous visits to my local vet and to a top eye specialist in penrith nobody could identify the problem, last tuesday her right eye which was the best of the two swelled twice the size as normal the vet wanted to take it out as in he's words it was ready to burst, but with no guarentee that the other eye would'nt go the same way i said no ( maybe the wrong decission )and just put her on some treatment this took the swelling down but by the time the antibiotics had stopped it was starting to irritate her again and was by this time blind, so rather than see her walking into chair legs and doors i decided to put her to sleep and at rest. she was not only a brilliant racing dog but a very good companion the last 16 mths have been very hard having lost shalimar & rch/nch samsara ,then my wife marion now chloe as linda broom said i will be glad when this year ends so thank you all once again

Allthough my tail its last has waved

From pain and suffering I have been saved

Do not grieve-it must be you

Who must decide this thing to do

We've been so close we two these years

Don't let your heart hold any tears
