Was only there Saturday, had a lovely day :D you whippet folk make everyone feel welcome  Can only give you times I was given for first five heats,i'm afraid too interested in racing to get anymore times.Heat1 8.05 Heat2 7.95 Heat3 7.79 Heat4 7.98 Heat5 7.97. :D Karen

The track was short we brought the traps up a little as the ground was very dry at traps area and dogs safety comes first.....hopfully with plenty of watering over the few weeks it should improve

i for one was thankful that the scr boxes were pulled back 20 yds.

thanks denise just wondering and your right the dogs safety does come first

i was also pleased when the scratch boxes were pulled bak 20 yards because all i own is three scratch dogs lol

Hats off to Ricky and mark on the traps for both days working tirelessly, and putting in the nice touch of wishing the racers good luck as they walked away, was just a nice thing to do :D and dennis cockrom on the lure who did a great job in some windy conditions.

Gary Bailey is right the track did get better, on friday when i looked i was debating not running but went saturday and it was clear the committee had been working hard through the morning watering and sanding/soiling the start, the effort they made did make a big difference, so well done to all concerned.
