Swelling lymph gland?

Thanks everyone . Its been a tense few days and having been through lymphoma with a previous dog we had visions of the worst.
As I said dogs cause grey hair but we love them , and George?
Well he has just been his normal relaxed self enjoying the extra fuss hes had..
