Teasels season is over!!!!!

I think any longer and she would have started going stir crazy (w00t) but she seems a lot happier now she's back to tormenting the boys :D but I think what she really wants to do is RUN RUN RUN!!! :D

Picco gave her a quick sniff and tried to hump her before being told off by Teasel  but Leon has a brain the size of a peanut so thinks he's never met Teasel before  so he thinks its great he's got a new friend to play with

Its just nice to have things back to normal, well as normal as thing get around here :D

Cheers

  Leon   You have such a way of describing things Steve, I always smile when reading your posts, but this one has made me laugh really hard (w00t)

Poor Leon :- "

Glad things are back to normal, and can't wait to see some pics of them all having a good run together :D

Poor Leo - fancy saying his brain is only peant sized (w00t)

Has Teasel been on holiday while she's been in Season? Bet you are pleased to have her home again. :huggles:

Looking forward to seeing the photos.

How old is Teasel now ? she doesn't seem old enough to be a young lady yet ?!

Actually I was being quite generous, his brain is probably more like the size of a gnat

Teasel stayed here (w00t) basically the boys had downstairs and Teasel lived upstairs, we were a bit stupid at first and had them on leads in the same room in the evenings  but we soon realised the boys were going to be slobbering wrecks if we carried on with that :b things did get a little tense between the boys at the height of her season but once we'd washed everything she'd come into contact with :b it instantly went back to normal

I know (w00t) thats why we weren't prepared for it at all :b I'm so used to reading posts on here of 18 month old whippets who still havn't come into season it was a bit of a shock when she did  she's only 8 months old

Cheers

 aah poor little girl, she's still only a baby. Ella's 10 mths and I hope she's a late starter, but pray it doesn't occur when we are minding her brother for August holidays

How long does the 1st season last usually ?

I'm not sure  I can remember someone saying they can be longer than normal seasons though.

Teasels lasted a month to the day almost, the boys are still a little interested but its just lots of sniffing and Teasel soon lets them know when she's had enough :D

Not sure if its true but we were told she may have come into season early as she's around the two boys all the time  or is that just an old wives tale

Cheers

Steve

My girls came into their 1st season at 7 months, 5 1/2 months (w00t) and 10 months. There are no boys here. :D :p

The worse thing is how often they come into season........ My Tilly comes in every 5mths (w00t)

6 mths is an average but I have found most Whippy girls go 7 to 8 mths between seasons.
