Builder only staying until 2.30 as he is going fishing! lol

I hope the utility room will be complete before he goes... groan!

My eldest and James are ill - both annoyingly so - I haven't time for sickness - they kept me up all night!

Utility room is done!!

I painted it yesterday afternoon (it was yellow with an open drain in the middle of it) and is actually an extension built 20 years ago off the back of the house, so 2 of the walls are the original outside brick, I painted it with masonry paint and it smelled of Amonia! Weird!

Drain is gone and walls are now an off white. I have cupboards and work surfaces in there - I just need to pull all the old tiles of the floor so I can put some new flooring down...

He is coming back Monday to do the kitchen worktops and re-tile it.

After that is done, shelves in the boys rooms and I can stop chasing him to be here! lol
