We went to visit Elvire (Ty) and June this afternoon and had cuddle's with him and June. She has asked me to put this note on for everyone.

I would like to thank everyone for their kind words and thought's for our little Ty (ELVIRE) who got injured in the champ's final.

Ty has been to the vet's and has a ruptured upper deltoid muscle, also ruptured the lateral ligament's in his left shoulder. It is a nasty injury which is going to take lot's of time to heal properly, but the vet is confident given the time needed he will make a complete recovery which is so reassuring.

Ty was in a lot of pain when this happened and l know this upset a lot of people it was not nice to hear. lt was a freak accident and just bad luck l guess.

Ty was a poorly boy yesterday and we were all very worried about him as the shock of the ordeal had got to him, but already today he is on the mend, eating and drinking a little and sleeping a lot with the medication.

But with 6 month's of TLC like ARNIE himself

I'LL BE BACK !

LOVE TY & JUNE xxxxxxxxxxxx

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Ty  :D

John and I also went to june's this afternoon, and Ty is looking a LOT better  :) he's eating all the best homemade food ;) and is resting in his cage as the vet advised. She has to take him out for toilets as he cant stand on his bad leg :( , but, I know June, and she will alter her lifestyle to suit Ty  I am sure he WILL BE BACK  and make a speedy recovery. She is very pleased that everyone has been concerned for Ty, (it makes all the differance) as I am sure you all know. Thank you again to all and hope you all have good :luck: with your whippets
