I don't think Norman will be wearing this little number for the next Oxford walk, it might not be very practical as the colours might run when he falls in the river again!

Plus you lot might laugh at him :- " I know we did when I put it on him the first time. He pranced around like a little fairy, he didn't even try to get the hat off! o :wub:
