I wasn't going to post this today in view of the recent tragedy but I've changed my mind. Citycroft Wonderwall, Gracie would like to wish all her brothers, Alfie and Shankly and her sisters, Holly, Emmy and Skye, a happy first birthday. One year ago today her clever mum, Ruby, gave birth to this beautiful litter.

Tragically a very bright light is missing from the birthday list today and that is Rachel and Jo's lovely girl and Gracie's sibling, Citycroft What's The Story, Rowan. I watched this little girl from a 4 week old little wriggly, to an eight week old little cutie and then via photos, grow in a gorgeous young whippet. You may not now be with us Rowan, but we are thinking of you, especially today.

Happy Birthday Gracie, Holly, Emmy and Sky, Alfie and Shankley and remembering Rowan today. It is indeed a day tinged with sadness but Jo and Rachel will find comfort in knowing all their puppies are placed in loving homes. I've always loved these puppies, such a credit to our lovely breed.

Thanks for the post Angela. And yes Happy Birthday to the Oasis litter. My lovely Emmy had 12 chicken wings for breakfast and is going on a lovely walk soon albeit on lead since she is in season.

It is so very tragic that little Rowan is not about to have her birthday treats too.
