:D He's just so sweet! & he looks so adorable in his little coat!

I love the pics of sweet little Zoomie in his snuggly warm coat (and I too have been known to warm my whippet's coat!).

Fiona's Christmas cards are wonderful! I bought some after picking up her leaflet at NEWS ch show. Very pleased with them!

Doesn't everyone? ;) :p I always pop them on the radiator for a while before we go, and sometimes I do the same for my children's coats, too ;) :)

PS Welcome to K9, Wilfred  , now you've made your first posts there will be no stopping you!

Thank you for your welcome, Zephyr, it's the first time I've been brave enough (yesterday) to post a message, but I have been reading the posts on K9 for the past couple of months. I have to admit, it's the first thing I look at (after my emails!) every day, and I did love the bit about "hunting mice with hammers because hunting mice with cats has been banned" last weekend!

I would put some pics of my whippet, Trevor, on, but our son who has borrowed the digital camera, has not brought it home yet (course work at college was apparently the reason given), so if ever it returns I will try to post a photo.

I think now I have actually been brave enough to post messages, I will get even less done when I get in from work ...

Welcome! And get that camera back! :teehee: We'd love to see pictures of Trevor (and how did he get the name Trevor?? :D )

Well ... cos he's a Trevor! But mainly because I liked the name (my brother has a cat called Trevor). The other name I liked was Kevin, but 2 friends had both recently lost a dog each, both dogs were called Kevin (the friends didn't know each other, just a coincidence).

So I didn't want to call mine Kevin in case they were a bit upset, so he ended up being a Trevor (it sounds nearly like Kevin). It makes sense to me, anyway!

And he's the cuddliest loveliest boy in the world ... aaah.

I do like "people"-type names for dogs tho. I also have Tibetan Terriers called Clio and Lewis.
