:cheers: Awwww thanks Val yes Zorro and Amelia excelled themselves yesterday was really pleased, so did Tizzy -'Bunehug Little Echo ' getting 2nd in PGB and she had just got her muzzle slammed in the car door and I thought we'd have to withdraw her !! - it was a good day albeit long . I did take my camera but failed to get any pics - hope somebody took some.

withdrawal symptoms, I think I will be climbing the walls by the time I get in the ring again. My next show is on 10th Feb but committee member so no showing, so SW Whippet my next showing show! :thumbsup:

We did make the long trip up to the show and were really pleased Palmik Midnight Mission won junior dog and his sister P Midnight Mischief won junior bitch . I was quite tired last night when I saw your post and hoped that someone with quicker keyboard skills would post the results. Will try to do it later once I have done my chores :- "

Thanks for posting the full results Vanna!!

I have to say I had a wonderful day. My back has been playing me up horribly, so it wasn't till late in the morning that I decided we would give it a shot since both my classes were to be held very late in the day. It was also a good chance to properly 'road test' the pups as we've been working on getting over carsickness.

I was absolutely thrilled with my places. It was Teya's first time back in the ring and she didn't do any of her usual tricks - so perhaps taking some time off was good, however I think it was more of 'if I behave mummy will let me out more often' since she's not been on any real road trips since being bred and LOVES to go out. Savannah's place I was completely over the moon with. Her first Veteran class at a breed show and see won! And her first sausage as well - her eyes were HUGE when she saw that giant sausage. Unfortunately trying to keep it from her while being critiqued wasn't possible as she snatched half of it before I could get it away, but the judge laughed and said it just proved she had a strong jaw ROFLMBO.

Anyway, even moreso I was pleased with the pups who (after a couple minutes of playing shy when they were let out of the car) loved everyone and were very sociable and chatted up any dog or person who was willing! Then once they were put back in the car with Auntie Chelsea they just went to sleep. So for me that was an extremely successful part of the day.

We had a really enjoyable day. As Nikki has already mentioned in another thread, the atmosphere was lovely. Also it was nice to see so many puppies enjoying their first tatse of a show. I'm just a bit miffed I missed Wendys' pups!!! :- "
