Hello,
Thanks for letting me come and play here.
Zaro (which means 'red' in a West African language, that my wife and I once worked on as field linguists and which isn't pronounced the way you think it is) is an Australian Labradoodle. He joined us a little over a year after our aged Springer Spaniel had to be put to sleep. It's lovely to have a dog in the house again, though we'd forgotten just how much work small dogs are compared to geriatrics.
We are in our late fifties and both love the outdoors. I'm a distance runner and I look forward to Zaro joining me on some of my training runs in a year or so when he is old enough and strong enough.
