The pack on the way

Esme showing off her paces

Esme adores sticks, it's very strange I have never played with one with her as I always have tennis balls in my pockets and the others play with them, but she has a thing about sticks

Nana is by far the most obedient and always comes immediately she is called, and comes very fast too so I seem to get a lot os shots like this:

they are gorgeous!!!!....so nice to have a pack

hope you dont mind me asking but how does your "crate"(forgotten what they are called! :b ) work in the car...i used to have a dog crate but 3 dogs are too squashed in even the big one so i got a dog guard fitted which is great but i miss being able to have the boot open for freshair ....its so much safer too isnt it...any info i would be most grateful

Really gorgeous photos, Olivia - you must be so proud of them all when you're out, I bet loads of people stop and admire them!

One thing though (the old veterinary nurse coming out in me!), I would try to discourage Esme from the stick fetish if possible - I just saw so many stick-related injuries over the years, including my friend's GSD who got a stick right through his tongue and into his neck, and ended up after SEVENTEEN operations, being put to sleep at only 5 years old. :( :(

Frisbees and balls on ropes make great alternatives!

Great photo's of beautiful dogs

that reminded me of a competition i entered when i was a little girl o:)

i had to write a poem for pedigrees new toys...

play fetch with your dog

but dont use a stick

use specialised toys

that wont make him sick!

i know its terrible but i won a years supply of free dog food

Fab photos - 'little' Esme nearly as big as Nana now (w00t)

I know they shouldnt play with sticks but it's sometimes easier said than done when they just find one and think it's the best thing ever

Yes, Django likes to carry a log around with him which he usually finds himself, the bigger the better.

I have to admit to throwing a log for Ronan if I have forgotten his ball on a rope but I never throw sharp or long thin sticks, definitely asking for trouble

SUCH LOVELY DOGS! ESME IS COMING ON A REAL TREAT.LOVE HOW THE BODY CHANGES,FAB PICS A REAL TREAT (w00t)

Your dogs are gorgeous, the pic of Nana standing against the sun is lovely. My friend hates it when my Hebe stands like that cos she says that Hebe has "see through legs" and it makes her feel ill

She is a beauty....

I have just found my camera (after moving) so i will post some pics of tilly and Bean, i will try and get Bean to stack but i think she is really not interested in standing still.

Brilliant photos Olivia!    What a lovely place to walk your dogs too!

Ive tried desperately to stop my two - but Oscar does excatly the same Dessie and drags huge logs out of the bushes (w00t) and he a thing for sticks and logs and just wont leave them alone. Hes obsessed.

Great pictures Olivia really enjoyed them - love the one of them all from behind.

Fantastic pics - I just love Esme (and Bean of course) - it's the eye colour I think!!

thanks for replying to my question lesley  ....well i havent got a transit van so thats that i suppose

Great pic's of your pack Olivia. I know your not meant to let them play with sticks, but Chloe always' picks them up and runs around with them. I never throw them for her, and apart from having her on her lead, i can't stop her doing it. The things she runs about with are more like branches than sticks anyway, so not likely to get stuck down her throat.
