Stopped in all day Sunday had a bone idle day, dogs werent fer shifting so thought sod it, so yesterday bout 2ish, went down to the shed to get my wellies out, and indeed down i went like a tonne of brick, i slipped on some moss or summat at front of shed, sparked out i wasfor a good few mins, i didnt bang my head i twisted my bad arm and i think it must have been the shock, anyways ive gashed my right arm, its a right mess it already was, and tore my best jumper what my lady bought me, and remember i had the run in with that 5 bar gate a while back and did my leg in, that left me with a 4 inch scar, ive done that a mischief to, its all damn colours, and i cannot sense the area around it, every time i go out my lady says dont forget you moby cos one of these days youll come a cropper when im out with jill working, its not just a matter of walking through fields, i happen to go where no other folks tread, fencing to climb, elec fencing to endure and ive had some nifty cracks from them twixt my thighs i can tell you, rivers to jump, nettles n gorse on all 4s, and i expect injuries, but to get this on my own doorstep, well let me put it this way, its a good job im blessed with a sense of humour, not long been back from North Staffs hozzy fer xrays, nowt broken, but my damn arm, i cant even raise a cup of tea to my mouth with it, theres a saying as you get older you mellow, slow down, doesnt work like that with me, my mind is more than willing, but my body isnt, and im struggling real hard with that

Keith...Take Care...what will Jill do if you don't look after yourself? And take notice of what Ruth says about your moby...I always took mine with me out riding because of going in fields, and along hedgerows etc. where people may not go for weeks. Same applies to you, and for Jill's safety too. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR PHONE WITH YOU!!!!
