After my sleepless Thursday night with the girls, I had a cunning plan  I would take their bed upstairs, so I let them out for their last wee, when I opened the door for them to come back in they raced past me and up the stairs followed by me and their bed. They got in their bed while I sorted myself out, when I got back in the bedroom they where both sitting up looking at me, Milly had one leg up, she always does that when she wants something, I told them to stay there, that was it, ears back and sulky faces. I was just about nodding off when I felt something jump on the bed followed by another then they started to walk either side of me dead slow, then they both started to scratch the top of the quilt to get under. They got their own way Milly to the bottom Poppy at the top, everything was ok for a bit then came the pushing and nails digging in me, I thought sod this I got out and got a drink and looked at the clock, it was 1.35 am. I then looked at the bed and saw the two lumps under the quilt both stretched out so I went around the other side of the bed and managed to get a space right on the end. My wife comes back on Sunday so at least when she gets her bedtime headache and turns her back on me I get a bit more space. LOL

 ....... I recognise that description so welll :D

I end up sleeping like a contortionist so as not to disturb my crew!! :D

Lol, I thought when you were talking about getting out of the bed and seeing the two lumps you were going to say you slept in their bed !!!

Its all too familiar for me to read, Ive got four in bed with me every night, and although they have their own positions in the bed, there is always someone who gets too hot through the night ( usually Toby ) and gets out from under the duvet, and back under again at some point, Ive reached the stage now where I seem to be able to lift the duvet in my sleep as they rarely wake me up any more :teehee:
