DOGS AND BITCHES TOGETHER

SCRATCH UPTO 36

SCRATCH OVER 36

ADULTS LIGHT WEIGHT AND HEAVY WEIHGT TO RUN OF FOR BOXING DAY THROPHY

ENTERANCE FEE 2.00 PER DOG 100% PAY OUT

Grays,

ESSEX RM16 2QH

From M25, leave at J30 (A13 East, Tilbury, Southend), exit at the 2nd junction signposted Grays, and take the 4th turn off (also Grays), at the next junction/roundabout take the 1st exit, signposted Stifford Clays. This is Long Lane, go straight over two mini roundabouts, and keep going untill the road narrows, the Rugby Club is on the right...

Thanks for that. I'll be there. Never been to a whippet racing event before. I'm very much looking forward to it.

Can someone confirm the time it all starts?
 
I guess racing will start around 12-1230, if the weigh in is up to 1130.

I'd just like to say what a great day I had at Thurrock today.

It was my first ever visit to a whippet racing event and I was absolutely bowled over by what a really warm and friendly group of people you all are.

My son Benjamin, aged 8 came away even more excited than I was.We both thoroughly enjoyed it!

Best regards to Pat and John and everbody else that we met there. You really were all absolutely wonderful and I look forward to seeing you all again very soon. :huggles:
 
sorry couldent make it but very busy in office boxing day loads off racing which i would have shut done my brains

Sorry was not at club ysterday,had to work busy days racing.

Just afew results that i know of,

Understand Tinkers mill had two goods races with mercedes gem coming out on top each time.

Ballymill beat come on ella

Candymill beat peppermill,not a large number of dogs there but a good days racing.

Lots of good trials with the pups.

Dark gem having her first mixed trials beating just for us.

need to run my dog as she ate all my boys chocolate :wacko:
 
I think they are over there tomorrow, Trev, could be a frost tonight. But, it cleared about 1000 this morning, so hopefully the same tomorrow...
