We had friends round for a barbecue, that's normally one of Timber's favourite things ever. Because food.

However one of my friends has a female schnauzer. We have several friends who come round with dogs and Timber is fine with them, but he clearly doesn't like this dog. He didn't actually do anything, but he stayed indoors and only came out for sausage, and just generally made it clear he wasn't happy.

His nose was properly out of joint!

Wouldn't it be great to know what went on in their minds?

I suspect I know!

It went like ”I hate her, she's horrid, can you please just tell her to get out of my garden and go home!”

What I don't know, though, is why - and I'd like to get into his head to find that out.

Poor Timber... I think it must be like people, some you meet (some you just walk past in the street:rolleyes:)and inside you just don't like them, before they've even interacted with you!😂
At least it was only an afternoon and he wasn't so put out that he refused a sausage!

How funny. And how disappointing for Timber. All excited about his party guests, and then having to miss most of the fun, because of That Dog...but at least he got his sausage.

Has he ever met her before?

He has met her before, I knew from earlier meetings that they just don't like each other but it was just so pronounced yesterday.

@ForestWomble described him well!
