Got back last night from a fantastic weekend with many folks and even many-er dogs, ferreting in the midland's countryside.

Am sure other people will be able to give you a more informed account of the event, but from an absolute novice's point of view, it was brill!

Digit caught his first rabbits ever - keen as a very keen thing he was

There is some footage of him parading his first catch proudly round the field, I expect BornToHunt will put some clips on later

Bloggs was less lucky but showed he was right up for it, hurtling along inside hedges in hot persuit.

Both boys started the weekend completely unsure of what we were meant to be doing (mebbe it wasn't just them lol) but seem to understand now that it's about watchin holes and being ready coz at any time summat very interesting might happen!

You boys did really well :thumbsup: they deffo keen, and i was impressed at Bloggs doing his charge up the hedge after a rabbit.
