Can't see how the 2 clocks thing works but i've always been led to believe that to stand as the track record it has to be a time in a race (not solo) but whether it's a club race or open race is irrelevant.

2 clocks within a spot or 2 to confirm correct time,as 1 could miss it.

When Manton do their timing in race (once a year) the timing in is always done with two clocks (solo's) and then split the difference for the time used and the races are usualy really close, has to be a good judge on that trophy race :)

Mum and Grandad used to be the best two timing in cos they were nearly always within a couple of spots of each other and it has been know for them to be exactly the same.

Back to topic though couldn't tell you the track record

Believe the same as Vicky, dog must be in a race and not solo

Think maybe for track records dogs need to be in an 'official' race not sure but when timing in to be handicapped into a race, if dogs are in a solo i would say perhaps its fairer as the dog has a clear run each time whereas if in a race dogs could get behind a dog or bumped therefore not necesarily giving a true account of their time. Sorry off topic slightly. Just my opinion :b
