Well we went out tonight to see Jenna at her first dance show. Macey had had a wee and yes a poo so we were happy that she would be comfortable.....

But lets remember this is Macey the Houndini we are talking about. Anyway we got home and went up stairs to check on Macey. Oh my god the cot was empty. No Macey in the room at all, but then the wee squeaks from the other bedroom.

So off we ran, expecting the worse but oh no not madam, wanting the life of freedom and luxury - there she is lay on top of the bed!! And I might add that it is a very high divane - so how the sodding hell she got from one room to the other and onto the bed I have no idea!!!!!!

She is definitely on the road to recovery now!!!!

Photos to follow as Kareen is coming around tomorrow with guess what A CRATE!!! Try and get out of that you little bugger!!!

On a nicer point, someone was found in the bedroom where Macey sleeps. Jenna had got up during the night and slept in the bedroom as she wanted to look after Macey - bless her she is only 5 but what a child!!!

shes defintly a litte fighter and on the mend and how sweet of Jenna to want to look after her. think she will need a creat to keep her in one spot shes a detremined little whippet

Thanks Wendy - one to be delivered tomorrow care of Kareen.

It allways amazes me what these delicat looking dogs can do and how strong they are. we have had some here that you would ahve wrote off and withing a few weeks are up and running round like nuters again. yet you stand on there toe and they will scream the houes down lol. give her a big hug from us

(w00t) Why doesnt that surprise me !!!! Bet you nearly died when you saw she wasnt in her cot, what a determined little madam, and bless Jenna

Jill x

I think you can safely say she is on the road to recovery. What a darling Jenna is wanting to look after Macey.

Word of warning though if she is determined enough she could escape from the cage. Tegan an easily escape from cages usually at shows when I'm in the ring with one of the others but she has done it at home too.

What a wonderful thing to happen, bet you were half worried but half ecstatic too!!!

Well Done for doing what you're doing cos you're obviously getting it right!

Well last night we did not put her in the cot with fear of her escapong again, so we covered the floor with bedding and quilts hoping she would stay there - OH NO!!!

Guess where she was when I got up!!! ON THE BLOODY BED!!! How on earth she does it I do not know.

Anyway the weather is lovely today so we thought she could lie on a travel rug in the garden and enjoy watching the world go by......

No why does nothing surprise me when 10 mins later she is charging/wobbling across the garden to get under the trampoline - well that is where she ended up!!

I am just gobsmacked now at the length of time that she can stand!!! And to think 1.5 weeks ago she could not stand!!!
