Thanks Linda I read it the other night , so sad poor mites

Thank you Linda :b

I spent the 2nd night on the floor in the spare room so that Jake could have company (huge pile of duvets - actually comfier than our proper bed!!) and he slept curled up beside my head all night

edit to add: our old lurcher lad Silver will not tolerate any newcomers sleeping in 'his' bedroom

Going to try to get him in at the vets this week, he has very stinky breath and one tooth is very sore..... this poor little lad has no idea what pigs ears are either, took 10 mins to convince him what a Bonio was for.... :(

Awww - poor lad - Glad hes got you Phoeynix and hope he gets his teeth sorted and gets a lovely new home soon. Ive just got my own pup or Id have him.

We are no longer looking for Jake's owner. Thanks to everyone who has been helping and who PMd me.

Jake original owner was not interested in having him back when he went missing, so he is going to be rehomed where he will be loved, spoilt and pampered the way every whippet should be.

(thread can be locked now, thanks  )

Hope Jake is in a lovely home soon, he looks a gorgeous lad (if only i had room  )
