Two Whippets In Rescue

I cant see them the pictures aren't loading :(
 
One is called zeus (fawn)

One called Jet, (black)

DH has said a big fat NO!! :(

There are only 11 dogs on the site
 
Oh i can see them now............bit big aren't they and the beige still has

bumpy front legs

Lets hope they aren't in there to long before a nice home is found

for them :thumbsup:

The Fawn one is a larger whippet and by looking at his mask I quess an older dog of 5 or older. The Black is deffinately a Greyhound that too is older has signs of aging on it's mask.
 
Yes, per previous post, we are looking to find an older dog to keep with Pudding our male (Georgie his buddy of 9 years passed away a few months back). Talked to Mandy at JR Rescue and we may not necessarily need female - depends on number of factors. Looking at the link, the black dog definitely looks greyhound. Too big. The fawn it's hard to tell. Main issue is distance as we're in N London. Thanks for the heads-up, though. Nigel
 
I have spoken with the St Francis's ... Zeus is an older dog 11yrs ,so looking for a loving retirement home ,no children under 7 ,

There was somebody going to see him this afternoon ,so hopfully he will get tthat speacial home . :wub: :huggles:
