Unable to upload pictures...?

When I try to upload a picture from my phone, any picture it says it failed with this message: The uploaded file is too large for the server to process.

Any ideas about why this is? Has anyone else had this problem?

My pictures are always too big 5135x3800pixels I reduce the size to 1000 x 750 and they upload no problem

So how do I do that? Just crop them or is it a bit more complex than that?

You can crop or open in photo program and reduce the size there, that way you don't lose any of the photo it just gets a bit smaller

There is a free app on iOS called “compress” which allows you to shrink pics for upload. Handy if you’re not near a pc.
