All going well with the food change so thats brill
Were also booked in nxt week to get spayed dont know if this will calm her down a bit, shes fine when out on our own but as soon as she another dog or person she starts pulling and jumping up and being a nightmare. Is this cos she needs more training to learn control herself or is it cos she only yr old.

Probably just her age. I'd make a point of rewarding all the good behaviour, and giving other people/dogs a wide enough berth that she doesn't kick off. If she does, don't correct her, but try to distract her, lead her away with a bit of sausage under her nose, or just wait her out, ignoring her, till she calms down and then praise/reward her for settling.
