nothing to run unfortunately :( , Tillie is on the injury list at present nothing too serious she's seeing Robert Meeks on Monday. See you all next year

WE NEED TO KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE NOT ATTENDING SO WE CAN ADDRESS THE DROP IN NUMBERS , OK PEOPLE CAN NOT MAKE IT EVERY WEEK FOR WHAT EVER REASON BUT FOR SOME REASON WE ARE NOT GETTING THE NUMBERS WE HAVE HAD BEFORE ,I REMEMBER LAST YEAR THERE MUST HAVE BEEN AT LEAST TWENTY / THIRTY OR SO PEOPLE THERE , WHERE ARE THESE PEOPLE NOW? WHAT IS THE REASON YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING NOW ? THESE PEOPLE MUST LET US KNOW WHY THEY HAVE NOT COME BACK AND WHAT IT IS FROM THIS EVENING OF RACING OR TRAINING THEY WANT OR AS STEVE SAYS WE WILL LOOSE THIS VALUABLE VENUE

Sorry, we have not been for the last few weeks :( Due to injuries :(

We hope to be back soon

It's not all doom and gloom. Numbers are very similar to last year and the financial posistion is about the same as well. This time of year is always low in numbers with dogs being injured rested, no open races to get trialed for and frankly the cold crap weather puts people off as well.

As far as dogs "lost" the 2 lurchers Honolulu and The General are because the owner is busy with her new business I believe. Mick Clark retired Masia last year and I haven't seen him open race on the bends this year . We also seem to have lost Slipstream Sadie.

However we have gained dogs as well . Vicky has her 2 from Ellas litter and she started trailing Cus. Jac has Avit and Mark now has 2 to run. Tommy runs Maisy now and I can bring 4 out of 5 to race. Mick now has 2 in the handicap as well. There are more dogs with handicap marks than last year and it's good to see many of them race when they can. Those with open class dogs are always going to put open racing first but it's good to see them in the handicap not being afraid to give big starts away.

It would be nice to see more peds but to be fair they don't race on Ghd tracks.

if it were closer i`d use the track as it is a very good venue i race there regular with my ghds

Get along to Westhoughton Greyhound Stadium Thursday night and keep your dogs fit throughout the winter for just a fiver per dog for two runs at the very least where else can you get that sort of value???? I also will put up a trophy for one of the finals along with Vicky ---so look forward to seeing a few more of you over the next few weeks
