Yes indeed. Adjuvants (chemical vehicles for the serum) used in the past have been littered with horror stories (mercury, formalin, blood from diseased lab monkeys) and who can say if 'lessons have been learned' or just tiptoed away from? Equally valid is the near eradication of diseases that maim and/or kill. It's a complex business for sure. We each have to research and then make our own decisions - there are no easy answers.
