Beautiful photo's Lida.  I can't imagine you without Bess.  How are the girls coping?

It is weird without her, but the girls seem to be fine. Except that suddenly they became sooooooooo naughty, I have to watch them (well mainly Genevieve) every second. The list of destroyed items is growing exponentially, and things started to disappear from kitchen benches. It was not until I posted the photo of Bess's one look having the 2 crouching, that I realized why.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your beautiful Bess at only 6 years old, it just seems so unfair.

I remember years ago seeing a greyhound that had run headlong into a tree come into the vet where I worked, she had broken a bone at the top of her nose but seemed otherwise OK. However a few days later she had a fit and then they progressed to become very severe and eventually they had to call it a day. I remember her so well, and it just seems such a very unfair and tragic thing to happen.

RIP Bess, and many :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: to you Lida at this sad time. Hope the other girls are doing their best to cheer you up with their antics. :thumbsup:
