I couldn't bring myself to look I'm afraid....but I'm so sorry about your dogs.

I was always warned when I moved to the Peaks with my dogs, never to let them off the lead near livestock, and that farmers wouldn't hesistate to shoot, if dogs were ever caught off lead in a field of sheep. One strange dog running around amongst sheep can cause them to abort their lambs (or so I'm told), and that's the farmers income lost for that year.

That really doesn't excuse the farmer for what he did to your beautiful dogs. There are some really nasty, uncaring farmers about, and he's definitely one of them. :rant:

Very powerful site there. However can I just say one thing. Be careful what you put on there becuase if you do take this further legally some of the things posted on the site could harm your case. IMHO I believe this farmer should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law which is why I am saying be very careful.

A number of years ago,a similar incident happened to a good friend of mine who had a GSD that i had bred

One mistymorning,she had taken her dog for a walk,& went into the usual field,which never had livestock in it.

Anyway,her dog had wandered up the field& the next thing, she heard a load bang,& the farmer had killed her beloved,gentle dog for no reason

just to let people know things are starting to stir among the police now I think they know its not gonna be brushed under the carpet.
