Thought I would give you Vinnie fans an update on the stick eating episode :- "

I took Vin for his stitches out today :x and although the wound has healed fine, when the vet took his temperature it had gone up again so he is to have another week of a/bs. He also was unsure if he was a bit tender when he pressed under him or wether he just got Vinnie by suprise! :blink: so we go back on monday again. Ozzy is STILL on steroids (how long has it been now? - Ive lost track ) and his eyes still run :- "

but apart from that - theyre doing fine :lol:

Ive been reducing them slowly for quite a while now (if you remember he started off on 7 a day ) sometimes he has been fine and other times Ive had to increase them again :sweating: the vet sort of leaves this up to me as I know what signs to look out for, this is why the vet isnt doing anything with his eyes at the moment - he is hoping we can get Ozzy off the steroids first. :unsure: he is on half every day at the mo, so we are getting there slow but sure :thumbsup:
