Such a pity, I must say, :b that my english is so poor. Once and a while I visite this magnificent Whippet-site to see some piccies and showupdates but my english is much too bad to make a conversation or understand many of yours interesting topics. :b

Today I updated my webpages in english, and it took almost 1 hour to make it, because I had to use so many times my fin-eng-fin -book to find words like "imposing" to the text. :b

But anyway I :huggles: you all and I do hope you enjoy these piccies ab. Viri+Dali -pups taken resently. :luck:

This is Luxi, living in my pac:

:b I must say, that I am very pleased. And also, that Birkonbrae True E´nuff is one of my all time favourites, and behind these pups!

This litter is truly a "surprise-litter" because breeder "changed her mind" ab. sire just before mating. :teehee:

i also think your english is very good

lovely dogs too

Topi is

What a stunning dog with a neck to die for

Just fab.

 Your puppies are beautiful

And as I work in an English Language college for foreign students, I can tell you, your English is excellent!

But I try to keep it simple! :p

Many times I have tried to read different and very interesting topics here and found it almost impossible to (looks to dictionary now) follow them and far too hard to answering them. That´s why I sometimes find it "shaming" to just sending here pics and don´t even try to (looks to dictionary) participate in them.

I am very proud from your comments not just conserning (looks to dictionary) -it was concern  my english but also my dearest Viri´s pups.

:huggles: to you all!

Your English is good BUT your pups are better (w00t) (joke)

Seriously, lovely pups & i envy your command of the english language as i would not have a clue how to speak or understand your native tongue, so WELL DONE YOU on both accounts!!

Hi Anita

Viri's pups are lovely and I can't say that I have a favourite - they are all very nice. A particular thing I did notice is a good spring of pastern on all of them.

We understand your English quite well - don't be shy about replying to posts - we will work out what you mean! You could always add a little note to your signature that says something like "Please be understanding - my English is not extensive" for the people who don't know you.

I know what it feels like though. I studied German for 5 years at school, and then 4 years at college and became qualified to teach it in schools - but I stopped teaching it in 1990 and have used it so little since that I am embarrassed to try now. I don't teach at all anymore and now work in a tourist information centre and I still am hesitant to try it with the German tourists. Even though I can understand a fair amount of what they say, I am very reluctant to conduct a conversation in German with them. :b

Thanx for your nice comments! :huggles:

It is just that my vocabulary is poor. I have studied english many years at school like swedish, too. :p But somehow words does not "stay in my mind" very long, so when reading topics here I drop out easily. And then I feel like :sweating: when I can´t make anything sensible to say.

For instance "good spring of pastern"??? I had to send this sentence to my friend to translate it.

But anyway I adore Whippets and have enjoyed here so many times just watching piccies, reading news and showresults! :)

beautiful pups    .

your english is pretty good too  :)
