Went back up to where i was last week,as i thought it a good chance to see for sure,if all the bunnie's had gone.Was surprised to see,(or maybe i should say ,not see),that there are a few about after all.Problem was,that it was so foggy when i got there,that when the bitches were any more than 50 odd yds away,they were hard to see.I did see them take off,after a few,but that was that,and i got no coursing pix.Did get a few good action shot's though,and with the OLYMPUS camera,this time.Think there is quite a difference,even with the foggy weather.

Then i found thid wee place,and i recon it made a nice little pic,and is a nice reminder,of how our parent's used to live,year's ago,with no water or electricity.

THEN YOU MUST HAVE CAUGHT ANOTHER 10 EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER TAKING THE PICTURE :- " OR WERE THEY IN YOUR MOTOR, BUT THATS NOT LIKE YOU IS IT :lol:

SO LETS SAY IT TAKES YOU 3 MINS TO LOAD UP, ITS NOW 10.16PM

THEN YOU DRIVE HOME

CHECK BOTH YOUR DOGS FOR ANY INJURIES

FEED THEM

CHANGE OUT OF YOUR DIRTY CLOTHES

GO ON YOUR PC

DOWN LOAD YOUR PICTURE

THEN POST AT 11.37

ITS A BIT LIKE THAT PICTURE YOU KEEP SHOWING US OF YOUR DOG DOING THE LONG JUMP, WE ONLY GET TO SEE 2/3 s OF THE DISTANCE YOU SAY YOUR DOG JUMPS UNCLE MARK :lol:

Me in high heels Mark (w00t) :lol: Seriously though tried it with our plaggy bag chasers,and i'm afraid they don't know how to slow down to pick a rabbit up,its all done at top speed so we would either end up with an injured dog or rabbits that were that bruised they wouldn't be worth eating :lol: Anyway you could always freeze me some rabbits you've got plenty to go round :- " :lol:

Only problem i have,in not being able to take big number's,is that we dont have big number's.`If some of our dog's were getting the work youre's are,then they would pic the game up a hell of a lot quiker,and easier.It take's a lot of work,before a lamp dog reaches it's best,and with the work,come's experience,with experience come's perfection,or as near to it as posible,as nothing is perfect.I dont have the number's required to be able to reach that standard,and as i dont have use for big number's,then i dont need them anyhow.Which is one of the main reason's,i dont need out n out stamina.If i want 6 rabbit's,then i get 6,and if i want 12,then i stay out longer.The number's game is over for me,as i enjoy a bit of everything now.When i wanted number's,even with a whippetxGreyhound,then they got the work,till they was as good at the game,as any other x,and as the number's were here,then i had them,as many as one man could carry.Now in my old age,i enjoy a wee bit of lamping,and a big bit of plastic bag chasing,as there are more plastic bag's blowing about our field's,than rabbit's.Karren,can verify,that i had a w/g,who could stay.Nowaday's,one good kill,down southern ireland,will feed 10 dog's for a week,whereas one big rabbit,would'nt fill 10 slices of bread. Billy's right Mark I have seen his w/g on dvd and it was excellent :thumbsup:

Never felt the need store my trophys in the freezer Mark :lol: they're all in cardboard boxes in the loft
