Wow, what is wrong with people? If caught, they'll receive some stern words and be free to carry on with their lives. No real consequences anymore :-(

Someone just pointed out to me that it's from 2021 but it was shared by a local trainer so it may be happening again.

Am just amazed and shocked at the cruel, inconsiderate mindset of such uncaring individuals. May they have a horrible life and may the law of averages pay them back one hundredfold.
