WARNING TO ALL

Earlier this year I bought some stickers with pictures of my whippets on from a Well known firm called Vistaprint...and placed a second order for some Business Cards...it seems a very good ONLINE company on the surface.

But be warned...as today when I received my bank statement they have been taking off £9.95 per month since I bought the first items in January...to a firm called Club Prem.com.

My hubby and I are going to speak to them on the telephone because when you google this company in....the scams have been going on all up and down the country with people being ripped off in this way. Most it seems have redeemed their money...

If any of you have used this company...please check your bank statements now for payments to Club Prem.com..

I shall let you all know what happens...

If the money has been taken off by DD then you are covered by the DD guarantee and the bank will refund you the money!!

Cheeky gits eh???

Linda its not a DD payment though...it says Card Payment ...apparently when you purchase something with your Credit card...they then use your details somehow...

if you google it online...Club prem.com you will see just how many people have been scammed... Too right...Bloody cheek...

I've had the same problem. Clubprem took 2 payments out of the business credit card that I'd paid Vistaprint with. This was the only time I had used the card online. After the second £9.95 was taken the card was hit for flights to Italy, £800 in Argos, nights in hotels in London, West End show tickets, etc. My card company refunded everything. I have tried to contact Clubprem but its just like banging your head against a wall. Google Clubprem.com to see 100's of people are being done.

What gits eh Janis - monthly membership to Ar$shole Inc????

Next time ask me and I see if I can get me friends in reprographics to print stuff off for you!!!

£15.00 a week please (w00t) (w00t) (w00t)

Yes its only come to bloody light today... I do check all my statements...but strangley enough Barclays Fraud have been onto this today for us...as there are other deductions from our account which we didnt connect with this Club Prem.com thing...

but now its all adding up... Im sure the Fraud team will sort it out....Ive had a similiar experience a couple of years ago with another company.

One of the payments is to Easy jet and the other to South Africa..!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Warning bells or what.,.

Hi, thats fine with me. The woman at Club prem I spoke to wouldnt have it that it was anything to do with them. I told her the card had only ever been used on Vistaprint website. I'd left my wallet with my usual bank cards at work so dug this one that I'd never used before and never since, so I knew 100% someone at club prem had passed on my card details. The woman, who could only speak broken English, still would not accept it was them. After half an hour of frustration I gave up. I even talked her through how to Google "clubprem.com" so she could see the problem. After 10 minutes or so she said she couldn't find anything.    I was at this point I lost it and said some rather unpleasent words.

Did you ever try contacting Vistaprint about it...because thats what it advises on google...because somehow its them that passes the details to Club prem.....but Im going to tell Barclays Fraud..all about this one too...

Ive always been pretty careful with my card...there are some bloody clever scammers out there...

And Ive also emailed something similar as above to confirm my conversation.

We werent as lucky...it was 8 payments...I dont know how on earth I missed them but I did... lets just hope

Im successful...as Ive threatened her with Trading Standards and the Press too...
