I WONDER HOW MANY SOUTH OF CHESTERFIELD WOULD TRAVEL UP TO EASINGTON IF ALL THE BEND TOP-TEN OPENS WERE THERE, NOT MANY I BET

hello johng the gripper bend open is on at ayr tt points on offer, ayr is agood track with good facilitys weigh in 12 to 1 ,i wonder how many will travel we normally get steve and karen with their flyng machines and one or two others i hope to see a few more phil.

No John, I don't think they would, it is expensive, and it is hard to please everyone, but the same could be said, if say, Milton Keynes was the venue for the big events...It is difficult...

But, I WILL travel to Newton Aycliffe for the DERBY and it will be expensive, and I will take time off work to be there too...

But, my original point was that Warwick is not a Southern track, it is in the Midlands...and so far this year the nimbers attending is up on last years...according to Whippet News that is..

I HAVE GOT TO DISAGREE INMO WARWICK IS A SOUTHERN TRACK,IT MUST BE SOUTH MIDLANDS, FOR ME IT IS 200 MILE[ DURHAM ] FOR THE NORTH-EAST ANOTHER 35-40 MILE,FOR THE SCOTISH RACERS A FURTHER 150 PLUS

GET KINSLEY BACK :D

i said it before lets change venues each year that way it will be fair but remember you have to have the right track for the job ie food and a nice bar hmmmm beer i can remember in 2000 going to kinsley when we had the storms and did not get in till 2am and that was to surrey from there and over the last few yrs the champs have always been more north then sth but the point is this if the turn out at these venues make money so do our organisations which make better equipment for us with tjis money. ;)
