what makes it so much more special is that she is the 1st welsh dog ever to gain a wrch title, her mum (conway lady) was the 1st to get a half coat so penny has gone one better.

lynne keeps thinking someone is going to phone up and say it was a mistake, she really cant believe it. (w00t)
