KB is in surgery at the moment. He has what we thought was a histiocytoma on his flank which ruptured about 10 days ago and seemed to be resolving. Anyway he had his supper last night and caught it which started it off bleeding heavily. We tried all the usual things but it wouldn't stop and it looked like somethings going on underneath so he's gone in for surgery now.

Chances are it's infected tissue that needs removing or there's something sinister going on. Common things are common so I'm hoping he'll be ok. :sweating:

Will keep our fingers crossed jacs :luck: :luck:

Well he's home and sleeping his trauma off. :huggles:

Apparently it's a wart that had tapped into a blood vessel under the skin, hence the stuck pig bleeding.

He's not broke the bank with his vets bill but we did have a laugh about how the gang have a habit of costing us for the most uneventful things..

Nell - £370 for a fibrous polyp

Jeebs - £400 for a histiocytoma that scared the vets let alone us and turned out to be nothing.

K.B. - £270 for a wart. :b

Not that we mind, beats the hell out of a scary lump!

Thanks for the well wishes

I don't know whether it's the wine (Rose ladies) that is talking but the way in which you put it in a very frank manner has got me in hyterics (w00t)

Pleased for you that it wasn't what we all think of at times like this good luck to you all. :luck: :luck:
