It is a really nice venue and if you can get down to that area for 3 or 4 days I would recommend it, its beautiful.

Yes Tina , its a lovely show , in a super venue , but the last few miles arnt the easiest to drive , very twisty (w00t) . Not many k9ers were there , Just karen , wendy , Lizzyb and myself i think . if any others were there , why didnt you come and say hello ?

I have been hearing about this show since I started showing 4and a bit years ago. I was told it's a fantastic venue and if we could ever make a vacation of it we should definitely go. So this year we were finally able to do it and we had a wonderful relaxing time. We spent a week in a self-catering flat on a farm in the middle of nowhere looking over a deer park and about 20 minutes from the show site down even windier and twistier roads than Jax describes. It was the BEST vacation! No techonology no nothing, and the weather was perfect.

We didn't do anything at the show - not our day, but we had a wonderful break and the show itself was great. We got to take Chelsea with us as they had an unentered dogs tent, and it was placed about a 2 minute walk from the ring - so that was really convenient.

We really enjoyed the day!

Better late than never. My daughter and I had a great time at the show. Only ever been there for the agricultural show, lovely venue. Sorry we dont come up and say hello, Im getting shy in my old age. :b we have a blue and a brindle dog, who is litter brother to Karens Frodo, and we have a tendency to wear lilac suits!!! (w00t) we had a pretty successful day coming home with 4 cards!!! will have to go again. Haven't put many names to faces yet but if you recognise us please come and say hello - would love to get to know you and your dogs :huggles:
