Over the moon to say that my Rebus won the Showing Championship on the Saturday. Reserve to him was Katie Finch's 'Secret'. Winner of the Simulated Coursing was Sarah Doble's 'Zante' (Rebus' sister).....

The weather was perfect...great day out...many thanks to 'The Coursing Crew' for putting all the events on.

I was at the west country game fair, shepton mallet last saturday, My beddie cross was seccond in the under 23'' rough coated bitch. I had to leave shortly after the class, but i see on other thread a few other people were there and I'd love to know how anyone else got on as there was so many stunning lurchers about. Was anyone there till the end and get the final result?

Hi,

Puck managed a 2nd in his puppy class on Saturday and a 3rd from a bigger class on Sunday. He's only just 4 months and his mouth is very sore from teething so I was quite pleased really. I must trim his nails though as they are really long and I think that got us marked down on Sunday.

There were some lovely dogs there both days - its so nice to see lots of fit healthy lurchers - there's very few in this area that aren't podgy pets!

Hope Ruby gets found soon - how terrible - my dogs are locked behind a grill in the landy and its parked where I can see it all the time but even then I worry.

What a lovely photo of Rebus,he looks so fit.

My Chase won his class and was short listed in the Championship and my little whippet Fern came 2nd in the sight~hound class.

A lovely day but, near the end it got very cold.
