Took Fin to have a look at the Whippets racing at Westerhope today and he had a run up.

I don't know if anyone who races there comes on to k9 but I thought the people were really approachable and interesting.

Hi Decca,

Yeah I'm going to go next weekend too. I'm going to let my little bitch pup have a look. Not sure about Cloud, my injured one though - he's aggressive with other dogs. Suppose I could muzzle him.

Ideally I'd like to race him cos he had a really bad injury 3 weeks ago and I'll never let him off the lead on a walk again cos he's obsessed with hunting. But I know he needs to run.

Fin was really slow wasn't he?

hi kirs i was there 2 with the big white and brindle dog. your dog may have been slow but i thought he did very well saying as he had never been on a whippet track b4. some of them dont even chase. u shud be pleased. :cheers:
