I heard a rumour they are paying £500 a week for the lease, can only be good news it staying as a track for the local dog lads.

Yeh we heard the £500 a week too Mark, they have plans to improve the pub & cafe etc, & i also heard charge for parking, all these should boost the profits.

Hey i've been jogging twice this week (in training ) it nearly killed me mind you - Kevin was a bit embarrassed when i said i'd been on the main road, he recomends i invest in a sports bra !!! lol

The pub ect could do with a bit spending on them, so could the track, lighting, traps ohhh I think i'll stop before I put them off, Bolton used to charge for parking in the car park on race nights but we used to just park in the street oposite.

Apparently the track is being widened & a new set of electrical traps will be in place for the opening in 2 weeks.
