As some of you are aware Westhoughton has just had a change of management and is currently undergoing a massive refurb. The track now has a new website which will have an updated blog daily. Jason is keen to add a section for the whippets on there and also put prize money on for some good competitions, he will also be putting the track forward to the main organisations for the big events, wanting to support and improve whippet racing for all of us with a good stadium that has everything on offer, he has some fantastic ideas. The main thing is that Whippet racing will continue at Westhoughton as it has done since the 80's.

The website explains all the changes to the current track and regular photos of the ongoing works will be added.
